These Terms govern your use of Leviro Jobs Hunter ("Leviro"), including the Telegram bot and the web portal. By creating an account or using the bot, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Aggregator role. Leviro is an aggregator of publicly available freelance job listings from third-party platforms (Khamsat, Mostaql, Nafezly, Kafiil, Freelancer.com). We do not own the listings and do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or availability.
Source platform terms apply. When you act on a listing (apply, contact the client, accept work) you do so on the source platform under its terms. Leviro is not a party to your engagement.
Best-effort delivery. We aim for sub-minute notification latency, but do not warrant uninterrupted service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (16 in most of the EU). You must be able to enter a legally binding contract.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.
You must not share your password or your account access. Treat your credentials as production secrets.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect your account is compromised, change your password immediately and contact us.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the service to scrape or attempt to overwhelm the source platforms beyond what their terms permit.
Resell or redistribute the aggregated data without adding substantive value.
Reverse engineer, intentionally circumvent usage limits, or attempt to disrupt the service for other users.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Telegram bot. Pro and Plus tiers are billed in Telegram Stars per the bot's subscription command.
Free trial. New accounts receive a premium free trial after onboarding; it converts to the free tier unless you subscribe.

6. AI Proposal Generation

The AI Proposal feature is provided "as is". When you use it, your freelancer profile and the relevant job's content are sent to a third-party generative-AI provider, and that provider's terms govern the processing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leviro's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50.

8. Refunds & Cancellation

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable once a subscription is activated. You can cancel at any time — cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy for full details.
