Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions for Leviro Jobs Hunter — the Telegram bot (Pro/Plus) plans.

1. No Refunds

All payments are final. Once a subscription is activated, the amount paid is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or prorated credits for unused time — including if you cancel early or stop using the service before your plan expires.

2. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops any future renewal or charge; your current plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then simply expires. There is no long-term commitment and no cancellation fee.

3. Telegram Stars

Subscriptions purchased with Telegram Stars are processed by Telegram and are also subject to Telegram's own purchase and refund policies.

4. Exceptions

We only issue refunds where required by applicable law, or at our discretion in the case of a confirmed duplicate charge or a proven billing error. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us with your transaction details and we'll review it.
