Telegram Bot — Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy applies specifically to the Leviro Jobs Hunter Telegram bot (@leviro_jobs_hunter_bot).

1. Operator

The bot is operated by Leviro. For privacy enquiries, contact us at the email on our contact page or message an admin via the bot.

2. What We Collect

  • Account data: Telegram user ID, username, first/last name. We do not access phone numbers, contacts, or location.
  • Subscription & billing: tier, expiry, notification state, payment provenance (Telegram Stars / promo codes), and AI-proposal credit usage. New users receive a 14-day premium free trial on first start.
  • Preferences: skill-tree selections, categories, enabled platforms, blocked clients, negative keywords, per-platform price ranges, delivery schedule (quiet hours/digest), language, and saved jobs.
  • Freelancer profile (optional): job title, bio, skills, extra info, tone, custom proposal instructions, and saved templates — used only to generate AI proposals.
  • Generated AI proposals: stored for your history and the credit system (see section 3).

3. AI Proposals

When you tap AI Proposal, your profile details and the job content are sent to a third-party generative-AI provider to draft a bid.

The generated proposal is stored on our servers together with the targeted job, the model used, and a snapshot of the profile fields used to build it, so you can review your history and so the monthly credit system works. Authorised Leviro administrators can access these records. You may request deletion of your stored proposals at any time, and you can clear your profile fields with /profile.

4. Payments

Premium subscriptions are charged via Telegram Stars, handled by Telegram. We store only the subscription outcome (tier, expiry, provenance) — never card or wallet details.

5. Retention & Your Rights

Bot accounts are kept while your subscription is active and for 90 days after expiry. Stored AI proposals are kept until you request deletion or your account is removed. To request access or deletion, contact an admin or use the in-bot commands.
